Absolutely Disgusting
Reeks of cigarette smoke 24/7
Garbage in the hall everyday.
Graffiti on the walls, including inside my apartment when I moved in.
You'll hear someone screaming/fighting once a day. Cops come probably once every two weeks.
On move in day, shower didn't turn on, bathroom sink didn't drain, more than 10 nails and screws in the carpet. Not vacuumed, obviously.
Garbage truck comes at 5 in the morning. You'll hear it every time.
Only Media Com does WiFi there (you have to pay for it)
