Bell Terrace Apartments

I currently reside here. So far I've lived here for a month and a half. In that time the apartment manager has put a note on my door to notify me people would be in my apartment 7 times. THE FASTEST INTERNET OFFERED AT THIS LOCATION IS 10 Mbps FOR $50 A MONTH. The electrical hasn't been updated since the 70s at the earliest. And even though the management stops by every 3 days to let me know they need to get into my apartment they can never seem to answer a phone call. Not a single appliance in… my apartment works properly. That means I can't rely on my Stove, Fridge or Microwave. It has been 5 days since I submitted a request and have yet to hear a single word. My entire kitchen doesn't work. I literally cannot cook meals and have standing water in my fridge. Not so much as a confirmation that they're going to do something about it.
