College Dorms

College age students live in these apartments and throw frequent parties. Not a great place for professionals, and the property management has done nothing to resolve.

Home-style apartments

We have lived at Broadway Heights for a little over 6 months. They are by far the nicest, cleanest apartments in the eastern Des Moines area. Very close to shopping, good food and many activities. Also the price is VERY reasonable. The management team is very quick with resolving any type of issue/maintenance needs and they do offer many family oriented activities is the big courtyard area. Great place to live!!
