Misleading advertisement
They require mandatory application approval before you can view a unit. They fail to advertise or disclose after application, until denial, that the units are income restricted. They also wont share what those guidelines are. Their entire application process is a mess and waste time of real renters trying to find suitable housing for a family.

I would not recommend anyone move into these apartments. Tenants pile garbage up BEHIND the dumpsters, neighbors aren't very friendly. The manager of the complex is the worst part of the whole experience. Micro managing to a whole new level. I will gladly be paying to break my lease IF i can ever get a copy of it. Would NOT recommend anyone rent here.

I love the area somewhere that's safe for my child to play outside and still come in before dark without any worries.
