The Best Apartments I’ve Lived In

This place is amazing. It has so many different floors plans to choose from. The amenities are great and new and even includes a pool which is rare in the East Village. The staff is so friendly and nice every time I’ve interacted with them. I’d recommend Velocity to anyone!!!

It's OK

It looks nice and the amenities are good, but the windows are cheap and inefficient, the walls are thin enough that I can hear my neighbor regularly, and the management is super shady.

Perfect location for all ages!

Lots of near by shops, stores, coffee shops, restaurants and activities, plus it's very close to downtown. Love living at Velocity with all it has to offer. Gym, yoga studio, pool, and roof top views!

Love living at velocity. Our apartment is spacious and modern. Dog friendly community with the river trail near by to walk your dogs. Management is prompt with any questions. Community room is beautiful and in immaculate condition, perfect place to do homework or catch up with a friend. No complaints!

Great Apartment

Building is brand new. Appliances are great. There are a ton of amenities (public meeting spaces, rooftop, game room, pool, workout room, yoga studio, etc.). The building is in a great neighborhood - East Village. Management and maintenance staff are very kinda and extremely responsive. Would highly recommend.
