Windsor Terrace Apartments

The rent has been going up by 25$ yearly and is justified from management because "they are doing updates". Putting new lighting accessories outside and replacing carpet in the stair way landings can not cost that much. When I email management to inquire about maintenance, they defer me with the excuse that they're waiting to hear back from ownership. My windows are grimy from not being cleaned in years from the outside- the gutters leak and it drips down the building onto the windows. They... claim to be non smoking property but the building reeks of indoor smoking and the management says they have no proof who is smoking inside. They advertise themselves as pet free, but I am constantly running into leash free animals using the lawn as bathroom. Just overall declining customer service and rent increases with nothing to show for. Parking situation sucks, the neighboring buildings tenants park in our lots and management refuses to hire a tow service to patrol for cars without permit stickers. Even renting a garage spot is not much better as the garages are in decrepit condition and never cleaned. The roofs leak and water collects on the cars. Just awful. Read More
