People don't follow the rules on the noise at 1 -2 am and nothing is done about it. Would not recommend

I've been a resident here for two years now and it's good for the price but man was it cheaply built. You can hear people walking in the upstairs hallway, doors slamming, and if your apartment faces Greenhill Road, good luck getting sleep. They cheaped out on window, wall, and ceiling noise insulation.

I appreciate the washer and dryer in the units and how fast and efficient maintenance is. The building is secure and you need a keycard to get in. I never worry about my amazon delivery getting... stolen or about my safety. I just wished i could stand the noise but I couldn't. Read More

This lady is very unprofessional and very unorganized. The company needs to hire someone who is much more competent and courteous with a large dose of hospitality, because this woman clearly doesn’t possess any of those qualities ! Worst apartment seeking experience ever !! Do not go to this place because you won’t ever get a accurate answer on if your approved or not , you’ll just get the run around.

This was the most frustrating experience. They jacked us around trying to get approved for two months with problems after problems. I would never work with this place again. If you work what’s so ever then you should probably be looking at some other place. Terrible communication with property manager. They will find every way to not approve you. They only want people who don’t work and don't go to school!!
