Everyone is super nice and quiet can’t hear much of anything from my neighbors. Super dog friendly I feel like majority of people i’ve met have dogs all friendly.

Best Bang For Your Buck

We moved into our 3 bedroom apartment on July 16th. We're just a little bit off of a month living there so far and we love it. Our unit is clean, spacious and we have in unit laundry and a dishwasher. I haven't had the time to check out the amenities like the pool yet but from what I've seen it looks like my neighbors have a great time going. The valet trash has been amazing since we are on the 3rd floor. We experience no noise from neighbors it has been very quiet and peaceful. We are really… enjoying our time at 11Fifty so far and from what we have seen it is the best bang for your buck in the Des Moines area in terms of space, amenities and price.

Dirty, Poor Management, and Loud Neighbors!

The apartments themselves might look nice but the experience of living here is absolutely horrendous. Paper thin walls, noisy neighbors, trash and dog waste in the hallways, etc. Along with the daily annoyances, management has changed numerous times so we have had to resubmit documents MULTIPLE times. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
