Excellent management!
I've lived here since earlier in the summer and cannot say enough positive things. The management is extremely attentive and makes an concerted effort to be approachable to tenants. Apartments are great price for a brand new building. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the West Des Moines/Waukee area.
