Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Guests cannot receive mail or packages at this address. Sleepover assumes no liability or responsibility for missing packages or mail, or for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. If Sleepover determines that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, Sleepover reserves the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. You will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host.
