Boulder Ridge Apartment Homes

Made an appointment for a tour in advance. Agent was not expecting my arrival. The tour ended up being self guided, hard to get into the apartment, even harder to lock it up when I was done.

I lived in this apartment complex w/granddaughter & niece for 1yr. Maintence was horrible apartment was not cleaned when we moved in carpet fiifity, refrigerator fility missing parts, blinds tore up, dishwasher never worked correctly had to keep a bucket under sink to catch water, reported all of this and they would show up to tinker with repairs. When I moved out cleaned apartment and moved out 4 days earlier returned keys to office but let them know I would come back daily and check for mail... They ended up trying to charge me for late move out, to replace carpet& blinds. Will never recommend this place to know one. Plus no mail box key had to go to post office and get replacement for myself and that took over a month. Staff is very easy to work with and very helpful. They do extra little things for residents during holiday times which are much appreciated.

I'm looking forward to paying my next months rent at Boulder Ridge! Why you ask? Because it means I get to stay with the awesome people for 30 more days. I love my new home here. My apartment is awesome!! I just love it and my dog Sebastian can't wait until it's Bark Park Day. The staff here is top notch and will make sure you have what you need. I was relocating from Minnesota and the leasing professionals were so patient and answered every one of my emails and phone calls with a smile. They... have great automated systems to keep you up to date on things, but even so, the maintenance man still tells me what's going on with my work order when he sees me.
