Stay away

Looks nice from the outside. I've lived here 4 months, ground floor. Problems I've had so far, clogged drains, raw Sewage from other units flooded bathroom, kitchen,living room & dining room
Leaking water from ceiling that has been an on going issue for over a month. Tons of black mold in area of leaking water.
They fixed the ceiling in the closest before they fixed the water leak, who does that?
My experience has been awful. I wish I could get out of my lease , but they won't let me.

Best experience in West Des Moines

I lived in 3 complexes before in West Des Moines but I consider Crown pointe the best one to live, it offers a very calm , clean environment, it also offers the best rent range compared to its standard of living, the Management team are so helpful, maintenance team are responding to any request not more than 24 hours, I appreciate the time I live there.

This used to be a good place to rent, ,'used to be', since the TMG mgmt took it over, it has become a horrible place to live! Mice, noise, water leaks, and mold issues, pot smoking neighbors, not to mention poor maintainence, really poor! They raise your rent with each lease renewal and refuse to perform needed updates in your apt. There are better places to live in West DesMoines, than here!
