Great management

I love it here! Its quite! The management is great! Maintenance is quick! I’ve only had one issue but he came the next morning and fixed the problem! There was no hidden fees like my last apartment!! I am ?? happy here and if looking for a place to call home ? …This would be it!! Thank you Westbrooke !

Great place to live!

I've been at Westbrooke for two years and have enjoyed it. Anytime I've submitted a maintenance request or had questions, the staff are on it quickly with answers!

It's fairly quite and for the price, one of the better deals in West Des Moines.

Awesome!

I’ve been a resident of West Brooke more than 5 years and the new manager Marti is excellent compared to the last manager. I recently put in a request to move to a new apartment and within in 2 weeks her and Doug ( maintence on duty) had me ready to. There were a few concerns I wanted fixed in the new apartment and I was extremely happy to see the flaws that were fixed. They went above and beyond for us.

Review

This apartment complex is slighty above average. The price is too high for the quality of the apartment and the service you get. The location however, is unbeatable. There is a mall, gym, and several restaurants and grocery stores all within a 3 mile radius. It's a good palce to live if you are concerned with location, but if you are looking for great service and an upgraded modernized unit, this wouldnt be my first choice.
