Valley Station features 52 all new 2-bedroom apartment homes for seniors over age 55.... Each unit is approximately 860 sq. ft. Income restrictions apply for many units but a select number of market-rate apartments are available. The property is located just blocks from the Historic Valley Junction shopping and entertainment district in West Des Moines. The security deposit is equal to 1/2 month's rent. Amazing Property!!!
