Creek Bend

Just called to inquire about a unit and the woman on the phone was rude and talked down to me the entire time! I’d rather be homeless than deal with her again.

This was the worst expirience ever. The first grievance I have is with the lack of security. It is a regular occurance here at creekbend when you find a homeless person washing himself in the pool or sleeping on workout benches in the gym. The second grievance I have is that there was constant construction and remodeling of the apartments and the grounds the ENTIRE time we lived here. Not only were the construction and loud noises a constant nuisance, they would start as early as 6am which is... ridiculously early to be making such noise. The maintenance crew is just a a handful of guys who are unprofessional, dirty and downright unpleasant to be around. The construction/remodeling has been going on as long as i have lived here (over 2years) and they are not even halfway done. Managment does not care about tenants. Ginger is unreliable and has no consistent hours. Never did a walk through initially, and us rented a unit that was not cleaned or repaired. Did not properly inform us of the correct address for the unit, or set up utilities in a timely manner. Repainted the building and left our door open for hours, only to never paint numbers on the doors. Disgusting and over priced laundry, with one non-commercial water heater for 9 units. Outlets were shoddy and, and... the heater smelled like wet dog. Overall you pay for the location, and obviously not the amenities.
