My experience here has been pretty average overall. The apartment itself is comfortable enough, but there are a few ongoing issues. Not receiving notifications for mail or packages is frustrating and makes it hard to keep track of deliveries.

Maintenance also tends to take much longer than expected—often a month or more past the original timeline—which can be inconvenient. Inside the unit, the floors feel somewhat dirty even after cleaning, which affects the overall feel of the space.

There... are also building limitations, like not being able to access stairwells from the Greenbelt, and the lack of soundproofing is noticeable, with noise carrying easily from neighbors and hallways.

It’s pretty okay, I’m not too close with anyone at my apartment but I’m also not upset with who I’m around. Every once in a while someone will throw a party above or next to me and it’s a bit annoying but manageable

Rivers edge is a perfect spot near the green belt. The service is amazing, the people are great and it’s very clean! I am so glad i decided to live here!

Haven’t moved in yet but the process has been smooth love it so far the u its are such a bang for your buck and fully furnished the staff is awsome and the lease sign Time was relatively fast

Perfectly fine place to live. Great location right off the green belt, affordable, and perfectly satisfactory rooms. Lack of cheap parking and amenities are a bit of a downside, but still a place I enjoyed living in.
