Quail Park Apartments

This is honestly the scummiest company around. The apartment was dirty when we moved in but we were desperate for a place to live as we were on a tight schedule. Maintenance left a hole in our wall for years, always promising to come back to fix it. None of our problems were ever solved. Maintenance frequently enter the apartment without knocking or giving appropriate warning (1 days notice), often putting the notice on the door after they’d already entered. The office is horrible to work with... and does not answer phone calls or emails for days at a time. When it rains the parking lot fills with water so it is impossible to get to your car. Basically, if you’re looking for a place to live where you don’t mind repairing everything yourself out of pocket, wearing knee high rain boots to get to your car, invasive inspections/maintenance with no warning, and constant rent increase with nothing to show for it, then this is the place for you. Don’t give this company any of your money.
P.S. Check to make sure the outside lights aren’t connected to your power bill. We didn’t know we were paying for all four apartments breezeway lights on our bill, adding up to who knows how much extra a month as they are constantly on. Read More
