LOVE LIVING AT THE LUCY
Everything about the Lucy is great! I have been here for over a year, overjoyed to resign my lease. The leasing office is so helpful and maintenance is so responsive. I literally have no complaints about this place. I’m not an apartment person, but it feels more like a condo to me. I moved here from the South so didn’t know much and heavily had to rely on reviews, so I promise you won’t regret your decision to live here!

Love it here!
Absolutely love The Lucy! The location is great and being within walking distance from so many places is such a bonus. The views of the foothills are amazing from my apartment! The management is very kind and responsive to any needs. The only downfall would be the cost of parking, but overall love it and so grateful to call it home right now! Lauren N

Nice property. Great location.
I love living here. Have a great view of downtown. The property is managed well. The only negative would be the $150 monthly parking on the next block.

Love Living at The Lucy
The Lucy is a great place to live if you want to experience all that downtown Boise has to offer. The walkability to anything and everything is perfect. Enjoy restaurants, shuttles to BSU games, concerts, hockey, and many other activities.
The Lucy management team is by far the best in the valley. The perfect place for this chapter in my life. Tara C.

Apartment living at The Lucy
I have been living at the Lucy for almost a year and I have loved every minute of it. The staff is very welcoming and the residents are all friendly. I like that the Lucy offers resident events that allows us to do fun activities with our fellow residents. Also, we cant forget that The Lucy offers a free coffee bar down stairs TOTAL LIFE SAVER as a graduate student.
