Great living at a low price

Moved in 2 months ago nice place to live. Newer carpet, fresh paint, assigned parking, don't hear neighbors and love that the 2 and 3 bedrooms are 2 story so you don't have anyone on top or below you. Only down side is that you can't use charcoal grill it has to be electronic or gas. When I applied for an apt I was told there was a waiting period of 3 - 6 months but was able to get a 3 bedroom in 3 weeks.
