Home sweet home We love our apt! It’s been the perfect fit. It could use some updating as far as finishes go. But this is a nice place to live.
We love that we’ve got an attached garage. And green space right out our back door.
We do wish they had a dog park & wash.

I wouldn't say they are great, but they aren't bad After being a resident of this community for some time now i feel i have a little experience of how things really are around here. Pro's - maintenance for the most part fix things quickly. Grounds are kept of clean conditions. They keep the buildings in good shape. If you call the office you have a decent chance of getting ahold of someone.

Now the cons - seems like they pick and choose what rules they enforce. For example the amount of... abandon cars and trucks are crazy. Literally right outside their office is a grey ford truck that hasn't moved in 4 or more months. Not been towed. Even the whole time I've been here there has been a black Nissan titan that ask they do is move it every 6 months. Never is driven. Also ever been towed. Speaking of parking, since parking is lacking you have residents that have multiple vehicles and they don't park any of them in their garages. They just leave them in parking spaces for weeks on end. Even there's spots next to the stairway that isn't a parking spot so people can get things up and down the stairs or even if there is an emergency you can get help, but residents will park in front of them at the time. And you can watch management walk right by all these things or drive by on their golf carts and do nothing about any of it. As for the inside of the units the heating and air conditioning is a joke. The living room heaters are bathroom heaters that don't warm up the room and are loud. The ac unit is designed for square footage of half the size so it never cools off the apartment. Mold is a common issue. Every residents I've spoken with has some sort of mold problem. Noise is another common problem. There's young adults that will be screaming and yelling and speeding thru the complex. Biggest thing is the price. If your newly moving in the price doesn't reflex what you get. They are trying to be a premium priced units but not up to date amenities. I mean you don't even have a microwave in the unit. There's new units that you get central air and heat, multiple assined parking spots, microwave and fridges that have ice and water for the same price. Read More
