This hot tub is fully drained, thoroughly cleaned, and refilled with fresh water before every guest arrival.
Located on Larsen Lane just outside central Driggs, this home offers a relaxed valley setting with convenient access to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, while staying removed from the congestion of busier park gateway towns. Yellowstone National Park is a 2-hour drive, and Grand Teton National Park is less than an hour away. Living on the quiet side of the Tetons means open farmland, river access, and nearby trail systems are always close by, with hiking, fishing, biking, and wide-open sunset views extending well beyond park boundaries. Grand Targhee Ski & Summer Resort is a 27-minute drive, and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a 53-minute drive. No horses or livestock are permitted on the property or surrounding grounds. Please turn all exterior lights off at night. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood. A maximum of four (4) licensed vehicles are permitted in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. All guests must clean off in the shower/bath before every use of the hot tub. Do not get in the hot tub dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
