A maximum of three licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are not permitted in the subdivision or at the rental property. Fines will apply for violations, including but not limited to smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules, and mistreatment of the hot tub.
