The management and owners practice blatant disregard for their tenants. That would be with both amenities that are promoted and no attention to correcting issues. This apartment complex has always been and is still being promoted as having"extra storage". That is false. Tenants are not permitted to utilize the storage sheds on their patios. At the start of occupancy to the complex tenants were denied their promised storage, citing a "fire hazard". This was in January 2018. Approximately... August 2018 tenants were told they would be granted their promised patio storage and they would receive a key and access to said storage. It is now December 2018, and tenants still do not have their patio storage. This is still being promoted/advertised as an "amenity" to the complex.
Tenants safety is of no concern to the owners/management. This is a secure facility with each tenant issued a key fob to electronically enter/exit the facility after hours. The front door is wide open (unlocked) 24 hours a day. This has been the case since August of 2018. As is usual, the owners/management states they "are aware of the problem"....and also as is usual nothing is done about this and every other issue.
The owners and management prefers to practice the "deny reality and the facts" method of management...along with a healthy dose of bullying their senior tenants. Read More
