My experience at Haven on Long Grove has unfortunately been disappointing. Upon moving in, I encountered multiple serious issues with the unit — including water damage, pest activity, ventilation problems, and safety hazards like exposed nails. Despite repeated requests, many of these problems remain unresolved. Communication from management and maintenance has been inconsistent, and there have been troubling lapses in professionalism and accountability. I hope the community takes steps to... better address resident concerns and uphold basic standards of habitability
