Horrible Management: Money Hungry.

I was a tenant there for multiple years and all my rent ever did do was increase. When asking for help or speaking to mgmt, they would always ignore my pleas for assistance/maintenance and continue to raise the rent, WITHOUT assisting with any of the maintenance fees and costs. I recently got out of my lease and they also charged me a hefty sum for doing so and demanded 3 months in advance to cover “miscellaneous” costs. They have yet to respond in what those costs were, but literally drained me… of about 10k within a few weeks. A truly horrible service and abysmal management team, who refuses to work with you and only cares about profit. Maintenance that’s was needed for years was still not even started even when I left. Be careful when looking for a place here, because although they may begin the relationship sweet, they turn sour when it comes to expenses and taking care of their tenants.

Don’t Live here

If you end up living here I hope you don’t mind being lied to and that you’re handy because maintenance clearly isn’t a priority… it seems like just collecting your rent is their main focus they are nice and inviting at first but you’ll soon see the circus for what it is I recommend living elsewhere

Poor management and Maintenance

The leasing office will NEVER take accountability for their wrongdoings. Unless you want to have to send emails daily about issues that never get solved, this place is not the place to move to.

Maintenance is clueless. The office is patronizing and refuses to accept any responsibility for lack of follow through regarding their maintenance team.

PSA: don’t move here!!!!

Property management is not helpful. They nickel and dime for every little thing. My toilet water pump broke and caused a leakage in the ceiling that has never been fixed. It ruined my furniture and nothing has been done. The maintenance crew is recycled every 3 weeks it seems. After what I thought was a great place to live, has turned into an absolute nightmare. It’s all about the money and no care about the residents.

Very Happy Living Here 2+ Years

I highly recommend Lakeview Townhomes rental community! I recently moved, due to downsizing and a job change near Chicago, but lived here for over two years.

The townhomes are comfortable and spacious, each has a patio, and the property management and leasing team led by Karina and Jubelly are very friendly, engaging, and supportive. Maintenance staff has always been prompt and helpful, and during the winter snows, they have been quick to plow and shovel each unit’s path and entryway.

There… are grills and a swimming pool for social activity, but in the past six months, the property managers have come up with innovative community-interest activities such as movie nights, food trucks, a Halloween contest, and even offered root beer floats and a grab-and-go Thanksgiving treat. I think this is unprecedented and provides added value to the residents.

Also, nature lovers should look for the bald eagle of Spring Lake when walking the trail behind the apartments!
Lakeview Townhomes at Fox Valley is worth checking out.
