I just want to write and commend the staff and landscapers for the improvements to the grounds they have been working on this year. As a long time homeowner, it is not lost on me the amount of work and the cost of the new plantings and especially the stone walls installed outside my building, 1321. It really solved the problem of ground erosion very well. Also, they have been diligently watering and caring for the new plantings during this summer drought, which is not easy. It would be such a… waste to lose all those plants, and they all appear to be doing well. One of the reasons I moved into a rental was I am tired of caring for and worrying about my yard, so its been interesting for me to watch them work, and I just would like to say I appreciate it, GOOD JOB!

Beautiful Apartment Community

Currently a resident here and love living here! From the amenities to the apartment grounds, everything is clean and maintained well. Coming from a luxury apartment in downtown Chicago, we had high expectations and they were met here. The move-in process was made easy with the help of Lisa and Kayla. Love how dog-friendly it is here with the dog park, dog waste bag stations, nearby forest preserve and walking paths. If you are looking to rent in Naperville, this is definitely the place to go.… Definitely recommend living in this apartment community.

Love this community

We've moved to this wonderful community a couple of months ago. In this crazy world of COVID-19 and remote work it's really nice to have a beautiful view from your desk with some rabbits, birds and squirrels running and flying around. And I also love that I can enjoy the gym and the indoor pool (with a hot tube and sauna!) almost anytime (the pool closes at 10PM daily, but the gym is open 24/7).

A beautiful place to live in

My spouse and I moved in here last December and we already LOVE this place. The apartment is clean and bright, and gets a lot of natural sunlight. The stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Kayla and Lisa are always happy to help at the club house, and the maintenance team does a superb job and responds to any problems very quickly. There's a nice small gym, awesome pools (both indoor and outdoor) and other amenities. And the last but not least is the location. We love being so close to the… McDowell Grove preserve, and our commutes are pretty good given the proximity to I-88 and Route 59.

Nice place, apartments and service in Naperville

After research some apartment homes in Naperville area, I had decided per Arbors of Brookdale due the attention from the office staff (Kayla and Lisa), the amenities offered, and the overall apartment renovated model. I love swimming and they offered an indoor swimming pool and an amazing hot tub. All services running good including now during the snowing days. I recommend to check in here if you are looking for a nice place to live.
