The Wheatlands Apartments

After exploring several nearby apartment communities, The Wheatlands is the one that truly checked every box for our family.

We're a family of three with a 2-year-old, and finding a place that balances comfort, convenience, and a family-friendly environment wasn't easy. Wheatlands stood out with its spacious apartments, full-size washer and dryer, dedicated kids' play area, walking and jogging trails, beautifully maintained open spaces, great ventilation, covered parking, and a strong sense of... safety and security. Everything we were looking for was here, and we couldn't find another community nearby that came close when we were considering renewing our lease.

The community itself is clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. From the moment you arrive, it gives a welcoming impression, and living here has only reinforced that feeling. The Renewal team has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and welcoming, making the renewal process smooth and stress-free.

One of the things we appreciate most is how much effort the management puts into creating a sense of community. Throughout the year, they organize various resident events and activities that bring neighbors together and make residents feel valued and appreciated. These thoughtful touches make Wheatlands feel like more than just an apartment complex—it truly feels like a community.

The village of Buffalo Grove's motto is "Smart with Heart". This also applies to The Wheatlands. The Property Manager and her entire staff are second to none. The property is run efficiently and is kept clean and well maintained at all times. Maintenance requests are completed very quickly. The property boasts a really nice pool and workout room.

For the heart, the management and entire staff show genuine concern for their residents. They even plan events to engage the community.

The remodeled apartments are amazing. These apartments are very well laid out and roomy. The pool area is amazing, sundeck away from the water is a great idea.
