waste of time
my partner called earlier today and was told we could stop by before 6 pm today to tour. we each drove 45 minutes from our locations only to be told that they are closed for training and are unable to catch up because of “you know, the software change” (no I don’t know), and non stop phone calls and people stopping in. The interaction was less than a minute; so quick that I didn’t even have time to process and verbally reply, the agent was already closing the door on our face. We were told we... could come back tomorrow for sure but their word doesn’t really mean anything at this point. I hope at least some of those “non-stop” calls and walk-ins are prospective residents, since they just lost two. If this is how they treat future residents, I can’t imagine their response to current residents.
don’t bother replying with a generic “sorry that interaction didn’t meet our standards” message, I wouldn’t want you to fall even more behind.
