Remington Place Apartments

Well maintained grounds and buildings, responsive maintenance crew, average price, decent size and most units are newly remodeled, new park and bbq area, decent pool. The staff occasionally plan community events. They have a nice gym as well. The property is also close to I-90 and shopping.

my partner called earlier today and was told we could stop by before 6 pm today to tour. we each drove 45 minutes from our locations only to be told that they are closed for training and are unable to catch up because of “you know, the software change” (no I don’t know), and non stop phone calls and people stopping in. The interaction was less than a minute; so quick that I didn’t even have time to process and verbally reply, the agent was already closing the door on our face. We were told we… could come back tomorrow for sure but their word doesn’t really mean anything at this point. I hope at least some of those “non-stop” calls and walk-ins are prospective residents, since they just lost two. If this is how they treat future residents, I can’t imagine their response to current residents.

I have been here a little more than 2 years and I absolutely love it here the staff here is super friendly and outgoing The maintenance guys are amazing and they take care of any problems in a Professional timely matter
It is a very clean and well kept property
They have things here to do for everyone… contests, get together’s, swimming, basketball, workout room and a park for the kids Plus, they are dog, friendly, and family oriented people

I’ve been living at Remington Place Apartments in Schaumburg for almost a year now, and I can confidently say—it’s hands down the best place to live! From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. Jessica and Ashley in the leasing office are absolutely incredible! They made my transition into a new home so seamless and stress-free. Their warm, welcoming nature and constant willingness to help make such a difference.

The maintenance here is also top-notch. Neiser, the maintenance guru, is a… rock star! Anytime I need something, big or small, he goes above and beyond to make sure it’s handled quickly and efficiently. It’s so reassuring to know that any concerns are addressed promptly.

The apartment itself? Amazing! Spacious, comfortable, and designed perfectly for both relaxing and entertaining. The neighbors here are so friendly—it really feels like a community. Plus, the amenities are exactly what I need to make life easier and more enjoyable. Whether I’m hitting the fitness center or enjoying the beautiful surroundings, everything is thoughtfully maintained and convenient.
