I’ve honestly had a great experience living here so far. The community is quiet, clean, and feels very safe. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything, and maintenance is usually quick to respond. The apartments are well kept, and the location is super convenient with stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s been a really comfortable place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and peaceful community.

Llevamos viviendo aquí un tiempo y en general hemos tenido una muy buena experiencia. El ambiente es tranquilo y familiar y cualquier problema que hemos tenido se ha solucionado rápido.
También queremos agradecer especialmente a Leslie de la oficina, porque siempre ha sido muy amable, atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier duda o cosa que necesitáramos.

Been here two years and not happy with how things started off. I had a list of things wrong with the apartment and when reaching out I was pushed off with a promise that everything was going to be re modeled within six months of moving here which was a lie. Nothing was ever re modeled then with new maintenance they told me go ahead and put in maintenance orders which they've got to in a timely manner. The gym isn't 24hrs and not updated with keyless entry as promised in the beginning as well.... They barley got the pool opened and even being opened it was closed often for cleaning. Daniel and Maria do a good job with communication and I feel bad they got left with the mess previous management left them with.

Go anywhere else but here
If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Maintenance is no help. They refuse to address problems in the home and/or just saying they can’t do anything because it’s an “old building”. There are bugs everywhere all the time. The Leasing Office is no help with anything. There are constant floods of waste water in the apartments which do not clean up, they make you clean them yourself. There are no locks on the Main Doors so anyone could come in and do anything (which they have) They come in the... buildings and go through packages and with the ones they don’t want they throw in the trash bins in the laundry room. And they are doing nothing to help. So save yourself the trouble, and save your piece of mind and DO NOT move here.

Please go any where else, you deserve better.
Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely matter, sure, but any issues brought to attention were given the true “renters touch”. Painting over mold, turning off the “clean filter light” on the A/C rather than actually cleaning or replacing the filter. And don’t even get me started on the Management. Please go anywhere else.
