    Tends to be nonresponsive

    I’d sent two messages through apartments.com, neither of which garnered any response. I then called the provided phone number, and left a voice mail. Someone from the Bloomington location promptly returned the call, indicating that the Springfield location would call on Monday. Guess what? That’s correct; the call never came. I suppose it’s better to know now — prior to a showing and lease signing — that operations are poorly managed.
