Amenities Removed Without Any Compensation
I am disappointed with how management has handled a recently reduced amenity. Free coffee was advertised as a guaranteed amenity, but the building removed the coffee service for approximately three weeks without advance notice or compensation. A new machine has now been installed, but residents are limited to only 15 cups per month.
This is a significant reduction from the amenity that was represented when I chose to live here. Management should either restore the promised free coffee service… or provide residents with appropriate compensation. I will update this review if the issue is addressed fairly.Review from Apartments.com
