Hard to find this much space at this price in south loop. Amenities are managed well and really enjoy the onsite team. Would recommend leasing at the community.

I love my residency here at 1401 S. State the staff in the community is wonderful and I enjoy being part of it and being able to feel safe and comfortable. Thank you to everyone andthe staff. I would definitely refer and recommend anyone to live at this community. ??

I’ve only been a resident at 1401 S State for just under 3wks now, I’m still trying to get settled in but so far so good. I enjoy my new home! ??
