I love my apartment but management is subpar. You have to connect with the property management company to get the property manager to respond to emails. Unit repairs, at no fault of my own take a long time with no accommodations to me as a resident. The gym was nice but now one of the peloton is gone and one of the treadmills is missing a set of buttons.

Lovely views and amenities. Move in process has been pretty smooth. A lot of steps but they are all outlined well by on-site staff. There were a few issues with the apartment during move in but it seems the on/site maintenance is pretty quick to respond to fix them.

My move-in experience was the worst I’ve ever had as a renter. There have been improvements to property management’s customer service but no accountability for the literal chaos I went through for almost 2 months after signing my lease.

This apartment offers a comfortable and modern living space, ideal for both short and long-term stays. The open-concept layout is bright and spacious, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The bedroom is cozy, and the bathroom is clean and functional. The building amenities, including a gym and pool, are well-maintained. Located in a convenient area, it’s close to shops, restaurants, and public... transport. The only downside is occasional street noise. Overall, it’s a great value for the price. Highly recommended!

So far so good, all of the resident's I’ve met so far have been nice and friendly the area is beautiful at night. The building is very clean and updated. I have all of the night life bars and restaurant's in walking distance (200ft-500ft)
