I was really looking forward to having a pool this summer and so far it’s been drained and not working. I also wish upon move in, I got a better tour of where things are located.

I lover everything there, the people, the neighborhood, the building, and of course the price for all of that is excellent. Only thing I would like more of are community events. And those happen constantly if compared to other apartments.

Overall has been good. Maintenance comes fast and gets things fixed quickly. Not my favorite neighborhood but quiet and nearby other attractions.

I love living here at ARRIVE SOUTH Loop Everything is so nice. If anything break, they come and fix it promptly neighbors are nice so far so good
