Recently things haven't really gotten any "better" my rent went up 18% when I renewed. I was told it would be 3-5% 2 weeks prior to renewing and the girl who spoke with me was fired/quit. All the "upgrades" you guys are making aren't even making things more convenient. The new intercoms aren't able to open the mailroom door. I can only open the one with the panel. The other system worked just fine and you guys made it worse.

For an 18% increase my life should be getting easier not harder.

We just moved in last week, and thus far this place is amazing! So peaceful, clean and well-maintained! We absolutely love it! The staff are super friendly and the laundry area is always clean. The residents hear are also very friendly. Dogs love it here as well. We have never been in a place where people have been so motivated to pick up after their dogs as well. This is really a great community!
