The places are nice enough on the updated ones. But parking is a nightmare and the grills are hardly functional. Some of the staff is good other parts of the staff you may need to do the work for them.

I have lived in this community for over a year. I don’t like the noise from the neighboring apartments and odor in the common entrance area. Maintenance team is very nice and cooperative. They get the work done on time and communicate properly. The view of the ponds create a pleasant living experience.

Spacious apartment, wonderful neighbors, responsive staff! My only “complaint” is the parking situation, but it seems like management is taking an active role in addressing this.
