Rent is too expensive for the unit current condition. You advertised that all units were renovated but it still need a lot of work to call luxury.

Everyone is very friendly its very quite and clean laundry rooms are clean there are ducks in ponds and everyone cleans up after their dogs... very safe area great for kids to grow up
