Very modern building with lots of amenities and responsive maintenance, got someone to respond and come look at my appliance within a few hours of submitting a request. Staff is present in the lobby Monday through Saturday. Very pet friendly with indoor garage parking, which is rare in the area.

Renew apartments are in the heart of downtown Oak Park. The location is incredible and walkable which is what we were looking for and the building is well-kept.
The staff is really made this building stand out during our search. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative.
We picked a very comfortable floor plan to meet our needs. We also ensure to utilize the amenities. This is a solid choice in the area.
