Nice staff and building overall. Elevators not working sometimes is an issue though. The amount of I parked (double parked) cars out front sometimes is a really messy look. I absolutely hate the public garage and Cooper's Hawk.

Great place to live- good views and spacious floor plans- and in a great area too, Oak Park is a wonderful place and lake street has so much to offer all on it's own.
The only drawback is the rent is pretty expensive.
