Awful Residence
Ive lived here for several years for location only and cost of moving- I regret it. Don't get stuck here like me. If you are considering living here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This building manages to charge ever-increasing rent while letting the quality of the property and management decline year after year.
Package delivery is an ongoing nightmare. Packages routinely go missing, are misplaced, or sit unattended with no accountability.
The front desk situation is equally... frustrating. Staff turnover seems constant, which means there is little consistency, accountability, or knowledge about the building. Just when someone seems helpful, they disappear and are replaced by someone new who has to relearn everything from scratch.
The elevators are another daily headache. They break down far too often for a building of this size, leading to long waits and crowded rides. It's really a safety issue, one has currently been out of service for over a month due to a rumor of an injury to a tenant!
The parking garage is dirty and dusty, the spots are tight and there are no cameras- and the ticket thing to get out is usually broken. Residents are paying more each year for worsening service and declining maintenance.
Property management is perhaps the most disappointing part of the experience. Interactions are often dismissive, and concerns from residents feel ignored rather than addressed.
The shared amenities are also poorly maintained. The laundry room is frankly unpleasant — dirty, poorly cleaned, and often out of order. Other amenities are similarly neglected, making them far less usable than advertised.
Overall, this building prioritizes collecting rent over providing a livable, well-managed environment. Between the missing packages, unreliable elevators, unclean facilities, and unhelpful management, it’s simply not worth the price they are asking. thousands of dollars of rent for the view is not worth it.
