Move in was easy. Staff were mostly helpful especially maintenance staff. Dog amenities are great as well as other facilities. Wish there was one more elevator. Like the newsletter that’s sent to residents.

Everything is going well so far. Grate maintenance people, excellent amenities. Parking access could improve a little bit, by adding security and by removing check point is that is not working (Just making it hard to get through) located going up the third floor.

I’ve been at 811 for 6 years and the building is beautiful and the amenities are great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there have been 4 or 5 property management teams in my 6 years. The majority of the property management teams have been friendly but lacked the skills to efficiently and effectively manage the building.Those teams also lacked responsiveness to calls and e-mails. However, the team we have now is outstanding. Taylor and Jazmin are outstanding.

Move in process and some follow-up maintenance work were done flawlessly. After a week I feel at home. The location is perfect for getting essentials and a central jump off for going out. I particularly love the mini two way street that allows car services to pull right up to the lobby regardless of where they are coming from. The gym and other amenities are perfect. Two issues. Wish I could have black out blinds in the bedroom. And I wish there was a process to allow tenants to pay a... deposit for a guest fob (either short or long term). I had a guest the first weekend and they had to coordinate my return to the apartment to get in. Every place I have rented I get 2 keys.
