Hubbard Place has been our home for about 6 years. It’s perfect for pup and I. Although I am likely the oldest resident, I am treated with respect and cheerfulness by staff and residents. And importantly, the maintenance staff allows my out of state children to erase any worries about my life here.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the building communications have felt overwhelming. Our intent with resident messaging is to keep everyone informed about building updates, community events, and special discounts on other... goods/services available to residents, but we understand that not all communications will feel relevant to everyone. Feedback like yours is helpful as we continue evaluating how and when we share information so it remains useful rather than excessive. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and will certainly take it into consideration moving forward.

I've been a resident of Hubbard Place for about six years and have lived in three different styles. This option is one of HP's advantages. Have a baby? Get a dog? Level up without moving from this excellent property. One of my favorite features, not often found in city properities, is our plaza with trees, shrubbery and fountains. A lovely spot to people watch and welcome neighbors home.

Thank you so much for being part of the Hubbard Place community for the past six years — that truly means a lot to us. We love hearing how the flexibility of our floor plans has allowed you to grow and evolve without having to leave the community... . Our plaza is absolutely a special place, and we’re so glad you enjoy the greenery, fountains, and sense of connection it creates. That welcoming entry you mentioned is actually one of our team’s favorite qualities of Hubbard Place as well — it really does set the tone for coming home. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are grateful to have you as part of our community!

Apartment building has gone downhill since being sold to a new owner. Front desk, maintenance, and package staff are all still great, but the building has constant issues with broken elevators, zero amenities, constant flooding and construction, etc. Management never communicated about timelines for anything to get fixed either. Our amenity floor flooded about a month ago and we've gotten nothing other than "we're working on it."

Property Manager at Hubbard Place responded to this review
We truly appreciate your kind comments about our front desk, maintenance, and package teams—they work very hard each day, and it means a lot to see their efforts recognized. We also completely understand the frustration surrounding the building... challenges you mentioned. These situations often require extensive coordination with multiple vendors, engineers, and insurance teams, which can make timelines difficult to confirm until work is fully scoped and approved. That said, our team is actively working to provide updates as soon as reliable information becomes available and to move restoration and repairs forward as quickly as possible. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we work through these challenges and remain committed to restoring the experience residents expect from the community. If you would be open to discussing your experience further, we would welcome the opportunity to connect directly. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have a moment to connect.
