I’ve lived here nearly 2 months and any issues I’ve had, have been resolved with excellent solutions. My application, my move in, etc., have been seamless. I moved in at a busy time, too.
Maintenance handled by Chase is top tier. He’s so extremely helpful and willing to help. Don, I wish he was here permanently…he’s elite. I called down to ask to let my food be delivered to my door, because I was sick and normally don’t allow anyone up, by my request. Don personally ensured the delivery made it... to my door. The residents I’ve met have been incredibly friendly and helpful. If you’re not, there’s many of us that are. We’d love a resident get together to meet every one. It’s a lot to pay to live here, are there kinks? Absolutely…but I’ve extended grace and enjoy living here. Hopefully there’s not a too large of a rent increase if I renew…I do like the neighborhood and location.
