Great Renovations- Friendly Staff

Great spacious apartments with new finishes! Love the recent renovations of the hallways, amenities, and lobby!
Daniel the leashing agent was great, and David at the front desk made me feel very welcome!
Huge plus that they don’t charge fees for dogs!!!

Great Building!

Love this location, and the large spaacious flooplans. Next big plus is no popcorn ceilings.

Honestly, living at 420 East Ohio Street in Chicago has been great. The apartments are big and the rent isn't crazy, plus the staff is super nice. They've got a gym, pool, mailroom, and storage which is a huge plus. The neighborhood is really quiet and safe, which I love. Definitely would recommend living here if you're looking in Chicago.
