No estoy segura en que momento lo solucionaron pero el problema ya no esta gracias por tratarlo tan rapido y hacer un buen trabajó a veces siento molestia de reportar daños me da pena pero ps en realidad hay que hacerlo y agradezco que siempre lo solucionan pronto y con tan buena actitud Steve es una gran persona y siempre tiene una solución gracias por estar al pendiente de las solicitudes
