If you decide to rent here be very cautious! I lived here for two years and when it was under Huntington, it was much better. The place was clean and everyone there was very helpful. Under the new management of ReNew, it has been terrible. The maintenance guy is great but if you have any issues, good luck getting a hold of someone in that office. When you do get a hold of somebody, they are rude and make excuses. My building had two washing machines and one was always broken down. It used to be... a clean building, but when the new people took it over, it was disgusting walking through the hallway. They are now remodeling it, but don’t be fooled by that. Before I moved out, I went without air-conditioning for two weeks and thankfully it was when the weather dropped.
All I can say is if you are moving in this place, be careful. There are cleaner and better apartment buildings in that area. Read More

Management changed a few months ago and it’s now horrible. We were there for years without issues. New management immediately were lying and misleading about serious issues we had that ultimately forced us to move and terminate our lease. Don’t live here

Don't get fooled by new name, it's the old Huntington Apartments. Very unprofessional management, expertised in rudeness and lies. Everything is broken, filthy and worst of all is the property manager. RUN....

I have lived here for almost 5 years. I have never complained about the noise or anything else. Also, I always made on-time payments. However, before renewing my rental contract, the management informed me that they did not want to renew it. They did not provide a reason for their decision. I feel like they just want to do whatever they like. My son was in 5th grade at the local elementary school. We had to move out in October, which was tough for him.

I looked over the website and viewed all of the floorplans, virtual tours, pricing and amenities. I found a couple of available apartments for the move-in date I was targeting, so I decided to send an email. In the email, I specified the floor plans I was interested in, the price advertised and asked a couple of questions that weren't on the website. In response, I received not one - but three - canned responses. Each and every one of them answered absolutely nothing I asked, were very basic... then directed me right back to the website. I responded, asking the questions again, but was since ignored! How do these people even rent apartments to begin with? First impressions are everything. Apartment searching is one of the biggest headaches, especially when employees who are there to rent the apartments are lazy and can't be bothered with answering basic questions. I will be avoiding.
