A beautiful apartment complex that makes residents feel right at home in a prime location in the heart of Chicago, a hidden gem close to the lake, Riverwalk, and Millennium Park.

The location is amazing between the river and the Lakeshore east park with access to most necessities, and the condo layout is very optimal. The amenities are very nice and useful, and maintenance is always extremely prompt.

Excellent place to call home. Secure, friendly services and even better location.

It’s always been a dream of mine to live downtown since I was a kid. From the views, our food all the different cultures, it’s just everything about Chicago that makes it special and home for me. But living at the shoreham has been the icing on the cake, you honestly can’t beat the location, the staff and the mgmt team. It’s been truly a dream come true and I couldn’t be happy ( unless I hit the lottery)

I’ve lived in other apartment buildings and i used to be a builder and i can tend to be picky when it comes to builds and maintenance but i can say ive noticed that the shoreham doesnt take your money and run with it, they reinvest it back into the building like they should and the workers and keeping up with hvac and filters is not something you dont see very often these days. Very very impressed.
