    PEST INFESTATION

    While the location and amenities have some positives, my experience with the pest issues, AC, bathroom ventilation, elevators, cleanliness, trash situation, and move-out charges made it difficult for me to recommend this property. Based on my two years here, I would not choose to live here again.
