Very cheap quality from a quick build and rents too expensive for what you get in return. Appliances are not the best. I’m the first tenant to live in this apartment and washer, dryer, and fridge had starches all over it when I moved in. Last winter the HVAC unit went out and was in and out for days. Once new management took over things got worse. Trash pickup you pay extra for was consistently hours late every day. Lastly, very unprofessional staff in the leasing office. We moved into our apartment in November 2024 after they finished construction on our building. We are the first leaders of this apartment and we have had nothing but problems. On move in, our bedroom door wouldn’t close, our toilet was leaking and our fridge didn’t dispense water. During the June/July heatwave, our central air conditioning broke (after using it for 2 months) and we haven’t had cool air since before the heatwave. So far, move in was really quick and easy. It was nice to be able to park close to the building. Even climbing up to the third floor was not bad. Everyone has been super nice so far!

Good apartment for rent in. Ambience, amenities were good. Outdoor pool makes you feel like you are living in beach area. Facilities are available for all ages and activities including swimming.

We have had an overall positive experience living here. The only downside would be the lack of dog waste stations. We had one right by our apartment and it was taken away. I think if there were more on the property, it would fix the issue of dog waste being all over outside.
