Good location. Near to airport and Cta connection. Easy access to downtown. But maintenance is becoming bad day by day. Bed bugs and other problems. Rent is higher than surrounding places.

Do not even try to live here, there are roaches everywhere. We moved here 2 months back and saw like a million roaches from Day 2. Living here was a nightmare with terrible management not even bothering to follow up or even respond to our complaints despite many emails/office visits etc. The roaches are everywhere in the kitchen, bedroom, sofa, every corner!!!! now we have to throw all our furniture out to not contaminate once we move out. Save yourself and DO NOT live in this horrible place

Wonderful staff. Leasing office is very friendly and kind. Most importantly they are knowledgeable and go above and beyond welcome you and make you feel comfortable.

The apartment is in a great locality with awesome connectivity but that’s the end of the good things. The maintenance is bad and one of our request took almost 2 years to complete. I recently moved out and was charged absurdly huge amount for issues that weren’t my fault. Been trying to reach someone to sort it out but the management desk number always goes to voice mail.
