We can only tell what we have seen so far as we have recently moved in. The application process was efficient and any question and doubt was resolved by the staff, especially Avani. We are grateful for everything, the building has been a true wonder, everything is cleaned and organized, the few neighbors we have seen are friendly, the staff is always welcome to help and always greet you.

The staff at Ellison is amazing. Avani the property manager is always very helpful and organizes the residents events. Ella is new but very nice and approachable. She helps out with all the day to day activities, and helps new tenants with their move in. Paul is the best maintenance supervisor whenever a request is put in he fixes it the same day within a few hours of it being posted. He’s very nice, intelligent, and great at his job! Great experience living here! Haven’t needed to put in any maintenance requests after some initial requests when first moving in, and those requests were taken care of quick!

I’ve been here for three years and yes, while it is expensive, it is worth it. I was worried about the new company that took over because the former manager Flo was in exceptional, but imagine my joy in finding Jessica, the manager, and Paul who does all the maintenance, to be caring and responsive! In addition, Jessica goes above and beyond, making us feel like a community, as if this is our home, by ensuring that there are resident events - she celebrates all the holidays and less we get we… even pick cupcakes, ways to volunteer like donating food, and even getting us lobster food truck last week, which was amazing! While the pool is not open yet, which it will be in May, the entire patio is set up for us to get out in the beautiful warm weather. I am one happy resident! Read More
