I absolutely love living here at The Reserve at Kenosha! Phenomenal management, excellent apartment and grounds upkeep and an Outstanding community. The welcome you drone day one and make you feel like you’re at home. The events are a great way to get to know your community better and who’s living near you. Community is out of this world!

Not only does this place make the area safe and luxurious to live in. The events they put on to build the community are top notch! Really love getting to know people and meeting neighbors! Really makes this place stand out as special!

Great place to live!

This was the first place I moved into coming from another state. The front desk ladies are super nice and helpful, especially Jen who helped me with the leasing process. I felt very safe and satisfied for what I was paying for. This place offers a calming and friendly environment. I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to live!

An Amazing Place to Live!

The staff at The Reserve is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are there to answer every single question, and help in anyway they can. The move-in process was absolutely seamless! The community is so beautiful and clean, the dog parks are great for our furry friends, the gym is always perfectly spotless, and the community events are great too! We have loved living here so far!!! I highly highly recommend checking out this community; you will not be disappointed!

Customer service is fantastic

In the last year I have only needed to submit 2 service requests. Both requests were addressed promptly, within hours of being submitted. The maintenance staff is terrific and the office staff is helpful and friendly. This is a wonderful place to live.
