Great maintenance team

I wanted to share a very positive experience with Jeremy and Roger from the maintenance team. I submitted a request for a clogged garbage disposal, and the response was incredibly fast. The team was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They not only fixed the issue quickly but also took the time to ensure the area was left perfectly clean. This level of efficient and high-quality service is fantastic and makes living here a great experience. Thank you!

Great Management

I enjoy living here as this will be going into my husband and I second year of living here. You are always able to get help if you need it from staff and Avani, is just so pleasant to talk to, as she has assisted me anytime I needed. So far I am happy we decided to renew and stay a little while longer.

The stuff dreams are made of!

I 've been on several tours in this area in the past six months, but must say I have never been more impressed.
To begin with, the property manager- Ms. Shah, was absolutely amazing! Her inviting personality and knowledge of the property put me at ease. What stood out to me, was the fact that she did not relegate the tour to a subordinate, but showed us around herself.
The amenities checked all my non-negotiable boxes and even answerd my prayers: immaculate,modern and spacious units (they even… had a gym, hot tub and sauna). Thank you Jesus!!!
After the tour, she offered us refreshments, continued to engage me by email, answered my many questions and helped me explore all my options.
I was delighted by every interaction and found her authentic style refreshing...As we continue to prayerfully decide, this place remains in our top 5.

Repair team

Management never takes accountability for anything. Only benefit of living here is the repair team especially Jeremy who is very thorough and hard working, we’re lucky to have him working here.

Maintenance Only

I can’t say much about management here nothing ever gets resolved, it’s always passed on to other employees and disregarded!! I will say the only good thing about this place is their maintenance team especially Jermey! He is one of the hardest working guys besides Roger and Noel they are hard works too. Jermey is an asset to this company and he gets the job done! Thank you so much for always taking care of our issues! We appreciate you and your hard work keep up the great work!
